COGI 产生的常见原因及解决方案

1，错误原因分析

ERROR MSG1：Deficit of unretricted-use (M7 021)

1.1 产生的原因： 在Pro.Sto.Location 没有料，导致不能扣料。

      解决方案：补发料至相应的存储地点

1.2 产生原因：Pro.sto. Location 部分有料

      解决方案：用Splitter来拆开错误的项目。

1.3 产生原因：生产工单中的物料偏离使用。也就是说，本来是使用的A料，但经质量部确认可以用B料。由于A料可能不能暂时使用，所以用B料来代替。这会使COGI 中有A料的一项，但实际上又不用A，而是用B。

      解决方案：对于B料，实际上用于此生产工单的，但由于不在bom 中，所以要手工扣料。但对于a 料，要手工删除此用料信息。

假设 A 料为 B料为 现在用B料来代替 A 料。

先对b料生产消耗。

在物料需求中删除

以上这个过程，只要计划员在投产前，将物料在工单里替换正确，就可以提前避免错误产生。

1.4 产生原因：BOM 的消耗和实际用量不一致或物料已在系统中变更，但实际却还在使用

     解决方案：如果是前者，则可以修改单耗，对于后者，参照原因三的解决办法。

2.1 Error M7 006:Material does not exist in stor. Location

原因：在Master data 中没有维护相应的Storage location.

解决方案:在主数据中建立Issue storage location 。

3.1 Error F5 201: Posting Period mm(month) yyyy(year) is not open

原因； 有于CO 先在上个月作了monthly settlement,所以在本月不能做Posting

解决方案: Replace Posting Date with actual day  by using top menu or button  (ind.records)

4.1 Error M7 018: Please enter (Issue) Storage Location

原因：在建立生产订单的时候，没有在主数据中维护Storage location

解决方案，1，在主数中维护相应的storage location

   2，修改COGI中的storage location.

原因二：

But the check in Material Master tells you that the part is a phantom !

Reason B:

the mat’l master change happened after the planned order,

that was converted to the production order was created

Solution B:

Cycle count stock to issue location by MB1A, Mov. Type 262 and assign it to the production order

5.1 Error M7 022: Order qty exceeded by x EA

Reason A: over-confirmation of the production order  (which is not expected in order net)

 or a reversed confirmation could not be posted 

Solution A:Reduce qty in the detail screen

Reason B:Reversed confirmation could not be posted         

Solution B:Check the confirmation by CO14

6.1 Error M7 053: Posting only possible in periods (actual) and (previous)

错误原因：错误的posting 日期。

Solution: 修改posting 的日期。

7.1Error M7 242: Valuation control in material master and special stock differs

解决方法：Remove the special stock indicator

8.1 Error RU 523: Dependent goods movement was incorrect

Solution :Select item and use menu -> Goto -> Dependent Items

A new line open for the dependend goods movement

Reason A :The Leading Order is only in status CRTD, but Goods Movemnts are only allowed in Status REL

Solution A: Release the Production Order

Reason B:

The shop floor over-confirmed the prod. Order

Solution B: Decrease quantity of the confirmation, if necessary make a zero confirmation and SAVE

Reason C: different issue storage location

Solution C: Change the wrong one, so that both are the same issue stor. locations and SAVE

Reason D: no issue storage location

Solution D : Enter correct issue stor. locations and SAVE

Reason F: different special stock indicator and different issue stor. location

Solution F : Change the wrong one, so that both are the same and SAVE
