The Louvre museum in Paris set a new visitor record of 10.2 million in 2018. It marked a 25% rise in visitors over the previous year, beating the previous record of 9.7 million visitors in 2012.

Bellyfat has long been thought to be particularly bad for your heart, but now, a new study adds more evidence to the idea that it may also be bad for your brain. The study, from the UK, found that people who wereobeseand had ahigh waist-to-hip ratio(a measure of belly fat) had slightly lower brain volumes, on average, compared with people who were a healthy weight. Specifically, belly fat was linked with lowervolumesof gray matter, the braintissuethat contains nerve cells.

Evelina De Lain, 41, is the musician who set the world record for the highest-ever classical music concert, after she played a grand piano 5,000 meters high in the Himalayas. De Lain lost the ability to move her hands properly 14 years ago due toa repetitivestraininjury.

Vouchercloud ranked the top 25 countries and regions in the world by intelligence. It quantifies intelligence to include the number of Nobel Prizes each nation has won to represent historicintelligence, the current average IQ and “educational attainment” to represent the potential intelligence of the next generation.
